17th NTRCA circular was published in 23 January, 2020. It is 17th circular. It was application date & time 23 January to 12 February 2020. Circular No: বেশিনিক/পমূপ্র/১৭তম নিপ/১০৯৬/২০২০/৯৯৬.
Already you know that, Preliminary & Written exam date was fixed. So Admit card download date & time you will be inform from ntrca authority by SMS or another notice. However you must download your admit card given bellow link. If you don’t download NTRCA admit, then don’t attend ntrca any exam. So download admit card before MCQ exam test 2020.

If you forget your NTRCA user id & password, don’t worry I give you a tips how to get user id & password again. For this process you have your application mobile number, your name, father name & mother name. So using this information get again your ntrca user id & password.
